Acquired by affiliates of CPG Hospitality, the Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort is a 201-room resort within the Los Suenos luxury master-planned community on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The property includes the 18-hole La Iguana Golf Course and Club House, 12,000 square feet of meeting space, five (5) food and beverage outlets, a full-service spa and fitness center and a family pool & kids club. Since acquiring the property in 2017, CPG has been implementing multiple capital upgrades to fully renovate the asset and increase operational performance, including the development of a new 24-unit Marriott Vacation Club.
