Global Park, located in San Jose, Costa Rica, is one of the premier office and industrial parks in Central America, and was acquired by CPG in 2007. Global Park's tenants comprise a list of some of the most recognizable names in health-care, pharmaceuticals and U.S. industry, including Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Boston Scientific, IBM and Inamed (a wholly owned subsidiary of Allergan). In 2012, CPG sold Global Park to a Costa Rica-based Real Estate Investment Trust.
