The CPG Retail Portfolio was a portfolio of 15 "Class A" shopping centers located throughout Puerto Rico containing over 5.5 million square feet of retail space. Anchor tenants included Wal Mart, K Mart, Home Depot, Sam's Club, JC Penney, and Marshalls. In 2005, CPG sold the Puerto Rico Retail Portfolio to Developers Diversified Realty in a transaction valued at over $1.2 billion.
